Hy-Ten Plastics welcomes its new engineer, Deeyu
Tao with over ten years extensive knowledge on polymer materials,
plastics process and applications of engineering analysis, and with
excellent understanding on DFM, FMEA.
July 2002
Hy-Ten Plastics enters Joint Venture with its
sister company Data Electronic Devices, Salem NH (www.dataed.com)
to build its own 55,000 sq.,ft manufacturing facility in Shenzen,
China. The facility will be able to produce both turnkey products
and sub-assemblies to its customer base.
January 2001
Hy-Ten Plastics opens a dedicated design and
engineering center in China to support its production of off shore
tooling programs.
November 2000
Hy-Ten Plastics management obtains final approval
to proceed with its expansion plan. Hy-Ten plans to spend $1.5 million
dollars over the next three years in capital equipment. Four new
120 Ton presses are planned, as well as state-of-the arts tool room
equipment needed for the fabrication of injection molding tooling.
Hy-Ten Plastics also plans to expand its offering of secondary operations,
making it a full service provider.
June 2000
Hy-Ten Plastics announces the grand opening
of its Class 100,000 Certified Clean Room Molding and Assembly department.
Operating with two fully robotized 120 Ton Nissei Electric Molding
machines, it can be expanded to 8 machines. To keep up with demand,
two additional machines are planned by the year 2002.

Hy-Ten is acknowledged as a strategic supplier
by MediSource for its outstanding delivery and quality record.
1999
Hy-Ten receives quality and vendor awards from
Extech, R.H. Murphy, and Teradyne for their on-going commitment
to quality and delivery.
1998
Hy-Ten Plastics receives Vendor of the year
award from Prime Computer for its On-Time Delivery record.
